Shipping Safety:
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, factors beyond our control may impact the condition of your order during transit. Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported to the transport company. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays or damage caused by weather, refusal of package, or incorrect shipping address.
Shipping Areas:
We ship nationwide within Canada from our factory located in Montreal, QC. Unfortunately, deliveries to the USA are not yet available.
Exchange Policy:
All chocolate purchases are considered final. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
Summer Shipping: from June to October
- We ship from Monday to Wednesday only to avoid post office warehouse delays, especially during warmer months when chocolates may melt due to uncertain temperature conditions. Orders placed after Wednesday noon will be shipped the following week.
- We use insulated packaging and ice packs for shipments to maintain chocolate quality. Additional fees apply at checkout.
- During heatwaves, shipping may be delayed until temperatures reach 25°C or lower for three consecutive days to ensure your chocolate arrives in optimal condition. Please refrigerate chocolates upon receipt.
